School Registration

School registration is July 26-29 from 12:00 - 5:00, and July 30 from 11:00 - 2:00. Please bring: 3 proofs of residency (mortgage, lease agreement driver's license, utility bills) and a birth certificate. State physicals are required for Kindergarten, fifth grade, and any student attending a school in Illinois for the first time. Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade students by October 15. Vision exams are required for Kindergarten students by October 15 as well.
