The Fairmont School District 89 Board of Education meets the third Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. unless announced otherwise. Work/Study sessions will be scheduled as deemed necessary by the Board. In an emergency, the Board President may call a Special Board meeting anytime. However, the Open Meetings Law will apply to notification, time, and location.

Policy Committee meets as needed. The Monday before the Committee of the Whole at 1:00 pm
