Greetings Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that Fairmont School District #89 will utilize the online registration system through Skyward for the 2019-2020 school year. This will allow parents to fill out their child’s school registration documents online rather than using the print forms we have used in the past.
We anticipate that our Skyward site will be completed and made accessible to the public on April 23, 2019.
Parents and guardians will receive instructions and information will be posted to our district website at www.fsd89.org.
Fairmont District #89 will hold Online Registration beginning April 29, 2019 thru May 31, 2019, for returning students. If registering after May 31st, there will be a late fee charge in the amount of $10.00 per child for any returning student. The $10.00 late fee will be due at the time of registration.
Parents must have an email address to complete registration. If parents do not currently have an email address, you may register for a free email account through Gmail or Yahoo. No paper registration forms will be accepted this year.
For parents that need computer access or assistance with online registration, school personnel will be available on the the following dates and times indicated below. Proof of residency may be submitted for any parents coming in, if available.
- May 29, 2019 (9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m.)
- May 30, 2019 (9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m.)
For any parent completing registration online without assistance, it is mandatory that you attend one of the following dates below to submit proof of residency and to receive the 2019-2020 Student Handbook. No student will be allowed to start the first day of school without fulfilling all requirements.
- June 4, 2019 (9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m.)
- June 5, 2019 (9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m.)
- June 6, 2019 (9:00a.m.-11:30a.m. and 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m.)
