As we begin preparing for the upcoming school year, please make sure to review and complete all required student health documents. The Advocate Children's Hospital Mobile Clinic will be at Fairmont on Friday, April 17 and April 24, offering free physicals, vaccinations, and sport physical for our Fairmont families, including siblings up to age 18.
